Gayathri Mohan is Vice President CSR, Sopra Steria., a role that she assumed about eleven years ago. Gayathri, who has done her MBA in Marketing, has been with the company for more than 18 years now. As Vice President – Corporate Social Responsibility, Gayathri is responsible for the planning and implementation of all CSR programs. During her tenure she has developed and successfully launched the SIF 'community model', now being implemented in over 50 schools and touching the lives of more than 70000 children. Anil served in the IT industry for over 25 years before he decided to follow his passion and move to the social sector. In his last role as Country Manager for Education, Anil was responsible for leading Intel's effort in transforming education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Mannat heads MAD's Fundraising team which is responsible for sustaining the financial stability of the organization and to ensure efficient and effective delivery of MAD's programs . Mannat's core focus is to strengthen the fundraising channel of MAD's network and community and provide operational direction to 23 cities team for their fundraising activities.

Mannat started working with children in shelter homes at the age of 20 in 2012 in Bangalore whilst in college doing a degree in B.Pharm. Prior to joining Infosys, Mr. Varghese was the director (and founder) of Vie2Sustain Consulting LLP, a sustainability and climate change consulting company. Before that, Mr. Varghese headed the Climate Change & Sustainability practice at Ernst & Young in their Bangalore office. Dushyant Prasad is a non-‐profit and healthcare professional.
Currently, he serves as the General Secretary of ABMSS, India. ABMSS helps in funding surgeries free of cost for cleft lip and palate to the less privileged sections of our society. In addition to this, the organization focuses on comprehensive care for a cleft child; awareness activities for malnutrition; immune system regeneration for weaker sections and medical knowledge advancement for professionals supporting NGOs.
He is also the Regional representative for South Asia of Deutsche Cleft Kinderhilfe e.V., an international charity that works around the world and the Country representative for a Swiss organization Schweizer hilfe. Dushyant is also on the advisory board of Kalisu Foundation, an NGO working towards reducing dropouts from school.
