Adwait Hebbar is a seasoned Banker with vast and variety of experience handling different functions in the industry. Currently designated as EVP & Head – Corporate Services, IndusInd Bank, he is responsible for functions like CSR & Sustainability, Procurement, Safety & Security, Facilities & Administration and Outsourcing Governance among others.
During his 7.5 years as Head Corporate Services, at IndusInd, Adwait has been recognised for introducing several innovative best practices and for building operational excellence that have contributed to the success of the Bank. In addition, he is credited for starting and building the CSR & Sustainability function for the Bank.
Under Adwait's Leadership, on the Sustainability front, IndusInd Bank was featured in the CDP India A-list and has been on the Leadership Board of CDP for four consecutive years. In addition, IndusInd Bank has been recognised as the frontrunner in the Financial Services sector in carbon emissions mitigation and management.
Adwait’s Vision and Leadership has been vital in building several award-winning and highly appreciated Social and Environmental Programmes in the focus areas of Environment Sustainability, Education, Livelihood Enhancement, Healthcare and Sports.
Neelima Khetan is the Group CSR Head for Vedanta Group, a global diversified resources company. In this capacity, she provides oversight and guidance to the CSR efforts of 11 business units of the Group across India and Africa. She is also Vice President, CSR at Hindustan Zinc (part of Vedanta Group). HZL is a world leader in zinc production, as also lead and silver. HZL has a long history of working for community betterment, and is among the Top-20 CSR spenders of the country. Neelima joined Vedanta in November 2015.
Prior to joining HZL, Neelima was the Director, CSR and Sustainability for Coca Cola in India and South West Asia – where she worked for 3.5 years.
Neelima has long experience of the social sector, having held leadership positions like – India Country Director of the American India Foundation and Chief Executive of Seva Mandir. She was also the Acting Director of Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), from June 2006 to May 2007.
Neelima has served on the Boards of many NGOs and Academic Institutions. She has also served on many Central and State Government Committees, including the Land Reforms Committee of the Government of India and the Task Force to suggest Decentralized Funding Mechanisms to the Planning Commission.
Neelima received the Laxmipat Singhania-IIM Lucknow National Leadership Award for young leaders from India’s Prime Minister in December 2006. In March 2007, she was given the Maharana Mewar Award from the Maharana Mewar Foundation, for work of permanent value to society through service and philanthropy.
Neelima holds a Master’s in Rural Management from IRMA and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.
Sunita is responsible for Ericsson’s Sustainability and Corporate Responsibility initiatives. In her role she is responsible for the program management of all the projects from program design to deployment, monitoring and evaluation and compliance to the Corporate Affairs legal mandate. She heads the deployment of Technology for Good projects in the market area. She supports strengthening performance on sustainability through demonstrating internal leadership by engaging operations, facilities, sourcing, communications teams. She works with various teams to ensure OHS, Environmental compliances for the company. She also drives the employee engagement through volunteering initiatives.
She brings over 18 years of experience in designing and implementing public health, disaster risk management, employee engagement and Corporate responsibility to the role. She joined Ericsson in November 2016. In her earlier roles she has worked for UNICEF, UNDP, CARE India and Eli Lilly & Company Pvt Ltd .
