PROFILE 1984 1989 Iceland Investment Corporation: Mr. Gudnason led development of the Icelandic financial markets, including establishing the Icelandic Stock Exchange. Established the first mutual fund in Iceland. Managed and directed privatization on behalf of the Icelandic government.

Financial consultation to the international fishing industries and other industries, including M&A, funding, project financing, turnaround projects, financial restructuring, private investments, etc. in close cooperation with international financial institutions.

Co-author of books on finance, written several articles in periodicals, newspapers, held seminars on financial and entrepreneurial related issues.

In relation to tasks undertaken by Universal Management Mr. Gudnason sat on number of companies´ boards, and as CEO, Managing Director of various entities and companies, including Aquaomnis from 2014.

Aquaomnis intends to economically export high quality water in bulk to where the water is needed, taking advantage of economies of scale. Aquaomnis has held presentations on transporting high quality water in bulk on various occasions including Water 2014, London, England and International Water Summit 2013, Abu Dhabi.
