A practitioner on Social Performance, Socio-Environment dan Sustainable Development with 15 years experience within Multi Industry (Mining, Oil and Gas, and Palm Oil industry) from grass root level of Community Development to Strategic Level of CSR Policy. Some projects handled are ranged from Social Initiatives to Socio-Environment projects such as:
1. Build the concept on Education Strengthening in Conflict area,
2. Public Content and Disclosure Plan (PCDP) and ESMS (Environment and Social Management System),
3. Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) Social Investment Part,
4. Sustainability Reporting,
5. Build and monitor the Risk Register,
6. Education initiatives such as English Education for Students and Socialization on Wild Fire Prevention for Schools,

7. Sustainable Livelihood Assesment and Baseline Survey for family and village Food Security at PT SMART Tbk, 8. Integrated Ecological Farming to strengthen Food Security,
9. Build the concept of Prosperous Fire Free Village,
10. Build the concept of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development)
11. Design the Impact Measurement through Impact Life Cycle of Social Initiative Projects,
12. Involved in Participatory Conservation Plan (PCP) which is a community based conservation project
13. Build the concept of Sustainable Livelihood for Community based Conservation.

Achievement on the academic level :
Graduate with Cum Laude from Magister Management of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) from University of Trisakti, Indonesia with GPA of 3.96.
